CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
BURLESQUE FITNESS: Is a one hour workshop of FUN, Fitness, Empowerment and Confidence! In this one hour class you will learn fun sexy dance moves, chair routines, and techniques to express your Inner Goddess all in good fun!
In one month you will learn 2 routines if you participate in all 4 workshops in a month.
Dress comfortably and sexy!
MIX IT UP: An hour long class of various combos from boot camp, sport circuit training, stability ball exercises and JO Cardio...it's a mix of all our great moves and classes. You will definitely feel the burn!
JO CARDIO: Just like cardio kickboxing…but with a twist!
(1 hr Class – Min 2 people – Max 6 people): Jeanette is known for her cardio kickboxing classes, her and her instructors will kick up the cardiovascular system in this class by performing many combos of punches, kicks, and athletic movements in a rhythmic motion while also including bag and focus mitt work.
TRX/SPORT CIRCUIT TRAINING: Train like an athlete
(1 hr. class – Min 2 people – Max 8 people): This class is done in a station format. Each station is a different exercise and/or drill that will increase strength, stamina, balance, agility and speed. You will receive a FULL body workout designed to work on components of athletic skill.
BOOTYLICIOUS BOOTCAMP: All About Butt and Legs
Ready for buns of steel? Want to firm and tone those thighs? This is your class! Intense work on your lower half.
ANIMAL STYLE TRAINING: (1 hr. class, no limit sign ups, offered only 2x’s a month): This AWESOME hardcore workout consists of a half hour of outside drills and cardio and a half hour of strength training…both worlds coming together for a powerful punch of exercise! DON’T MISS THIS CLASS!!
MIXED MARTIAL ARTS MADNESS:This class is a mixture of martial arts & self defense (Taekwondo, Hapkido, Judo and Krav Maga all rolled into one). This is one class you don't want to miss...only 6-8 people to a class.
8 WEEK EXTREME RESULTS CHALLENGE:
This program is designed to challenge you for fast results in 8 weeks, you will be monitored weekly with food journals, weigh ins, and MUST attend 4 workout sessions per week. We are excited about this program and have had great results! We are ready to help you reach your fitness goals!
Cost: $800 for 8 weeks (Includes Studio/Boot Camp Workouts, Nutrition Plan, Weekly weigh-ins, weekly food journal review, 1 session with Jeanette personally). You receive alot for the price!!! Your health is well worth it!
